Really good Stay at the Hidden Gem!
attentive staff large room garden view quiet pool
The staff was very attentive . My room was very tasteful in design, quite large, and had gorgeous views of the garden. I even found Christmas gifts left in my room, a nice surprise. The pool was quiet with very attentive staff tending to it.
I noticed water pressure in the bathroom was inconsistent during peak hours. It was a very minor inconvenience during an otherwise amazing visit.

The hotel grounds include meticulously manicured gardens, perfect for leisurely strolls. I spotted a generously sized pool with ample loungers for all guests. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, ensuring fitness routines are maintained.

Breakfast at La Belle offered many options, including almond and banana oatmeal, and buttermilk pancakes. Incognito had a relaxed atmosphere for cocktails and tapas. Blanko boasts an Italian restaurant with lovely steak, expertly prepared. I loved it!

The beautiful suite featured two separate sinks, a rainfall shower, and high-quality toiletries. A fridge, sweet treats, bottled water, and coffee were always replenished in my room. Lightweight duvets ensured a comfortable sleep, very appreciated.

the superior suite was spacious. housekeeping was very attentive to our needs, providing fresh towels and replenishing amenities daily. breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from.
i found the pool area was often crowded, making it difficult to find available loungers.

the hotel provides easy access to the constantia greenbelt with its nine trails. it is a great spot for those who like walks. the alphen trail is right on the doorstep.

staff were very warm. laundry service was five-star, with clothes collected late and returned the next day, beautifully presented.

Decent stay. Could be better
attentive staff super clean room replenished fridge slow service untidy sunbeds poor breakfast
i stayed in a superior suite. the housekeeping was excellent, the room was super clean. warda was very attentive. the fridge was always replenished.
The service was slow by the pool. There was little staffing. sunbeds were untidy, i noticed. pool towels were not refreshed. the breakfast quality was disappointing.
